Add Point Elevations

The function 'Add Point Elevations – Reference' calculates the height for a new point elevation based on the distance between to reference points. The new point elevation is placed on the straight line between the reference points, but can be moved with the function, Move Point Elevations. The appearance of the points and arrow can be set in the Point Elevations Setup.
