New point elevations – running

The function 'New point elevations – reference' calculates the height for a new point elevation based on the distance from the last point and the current slope. The points can be set out running, with the previous point as reference, untill the function is terminated by pressing enter. The current slope can be adjusted at any time by entering an option keyword at the commandline. The appearance of the points and arrow can be set in the Point Elevations Setup.
