Changes all height values for all active calculation points from being relative to absolute. This is done by calculating the height under each point, adding the relative value and then setting the result as absolute height for the point.

This function is useful to represent calculation points in Virtual Map, since the AutoCAD object being the calculation point will be on the correct height after this operation.
