vnnp_noisesetalternativedifference
When this command is run, a dialog shows up twice, for selecting alternative. Then the noise values for the current alternative is set to the difference between the first and second selected alternatives, with an addition of 50dBA. This addition is there because the program does not handle negative noise values.
After this function is run, you could create a noise map showing the difference between the two alternatives. Points with 50dBA have no change.
