Buildings are not imported as connected polylines

In some cases buildings are not imported as connected polylines, but split in several lines. This happens, when in Draw map from terrain model the drawing setup _Height map is selected.

If this drawing setup is wanted, buildings can either be imported with another drawing setup first, then the rest with the wanted setup. Or one can make a drawing with the wanted drawing setup as an XREF.
