bugfix: Fixed bug in calculation of heights and offset in some situations.

bugfix: Cross section wizard did not enter the full kilometric stations as intermediate stations to the railway model after the first run (of cs wizard). This is now fixed.

enhancement: Naming of the kilometric stationing input file has been changed. Now the kmstationing is connected to an alignment in the database, not to a railway model as earlier. More automatic functions has been added so that it requires less actions from user when changing between different railway models and kmdefinitions. New functionality has been added to drawing production when presenting the kmstationing.
